Returns and exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for residents in the following countries (click your country if listed): Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Great Britain.
If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns or exchanges. If this applies to you, please read the following, before initiating the return procedure to make sure your return is processed properly and as fast as possible.
Make sure to have your order number at hand – it can be found in your order confirmation. It starts with 2 letters followed by 5 numbers. Example: EU54321
Instead of exchanging your products, we recommend that you return your items for a refund and order the new products online instead. You receive your desired products much faster this way.
If you are making an exchange, we kindly ask you to clearly indicate which model, color and size you wish to exchange to. Example: Classic Pants Black 30/30

It is important that the return form is included in the package, in order to ensure a fast and easy process.
Fill out the return form with the required information and enclose it within the package.

We strongly advice you to save the tracking/parcel number and receipt of submission, in case it might be needed at a later stage.
Return Policy – Read this before returning/exchanging
Kindly note that the following terms apply when both returning or exchanging items:
We do not accept returned items if they:
- Smell strongly of perfume or other odors
- Have been exposed to smoke
- Have been washed
- Have animal hair on them
- Have not been adequately packed.
You have a full 100 days in which to return purchased items. If this period is exceeded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. You will, therefore, not be able to log in to the return portal.
It is only possible to exchange to a product with similar or cheaper price than the returned product. In case this is desired, please make a return for refund and order the desired product instead.
If a price difference is evident, we will refund the given amount to the original choice of payment. Furthermore, if the price of the product you wish to receive exceeds the price of the returned product, we will refund all the money back to the original choice of payment.
If you have a product with a production error, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org containing pictures showcasing the problem.
