We make it easy and convenient for you to return your order.
Please note you have 100 days from the date of purchase to return unused products.
Make sure to have your order number at hand – it can be found in your order confirmation. It starts with 2 letters followed by 5 numbers. Example: EU54321
In order to exchange, you need to return your items and place a new order on the desired products online.
If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. If this applies to you, please scroll down to the International returns below.
Return policy - Read this before you return
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
We do not accept returns, if the returned product:
- Is not in new condition
- Smells of perfume or other strong odor
- Has been exposed to smoke
- Has been washed
- Has been exposed to animal fur
- Has not been sufficiently and properly packed for return shipping
You have 100 days right of return. When the 100 days have passed, we are unable to offer you a return. You will additionally not be able to log in to the return portal.
If you have a faulty or defect product, you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing pictures of the defect and your order number.
If you live in a country that is visible in the drop down menu above, all return fees are free.
If you live in a country that is not present in the list, you need to pay for the return costs. See international returns below.
