SHAPERS' CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Shapers’ Club is a loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as “the Loyalty Program” or “the Program”) offered by SNT ApS with the following registered address:

All references to “Shaping New Tomorrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to SNT ApS, while “you,” “your,” or “customer” refers to you as a visitor or member of the Program.

The following terms and conditions apply to membership in the Loyalty Program. By signing up, you consent to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP

To become a member of Shapers’ Club, you must:

  • Accept our terms and conditions
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have an email address to create a user account and password

Membership in Shapers’ Club is free, and as a member, you can earn access to a range of benefits.

2. TIERS

All members of the Program are classified as Bronze, Silver, or Gold members, each with different benefits. You can view the benefits of each level below:

*Early access to product launches and campaigns: Conditions may vary for each launch and sale. Some launches or sales may be excluded from this benefit.

Your tier is based solely on your spending threshold with Shaping New Tomorrow during the past 24 months, starting from the day you joined Shapers’ Club. The more you spend with Shaping New Tomorrow, the higher your tier and the more benefits you receive.

There is no minimum spend required to join Shapers’ Club – it’s free for everyone. Spending your earned points does not affect your tier. If you do not maintain your spending threshold over the next 24 months, your tier will decrease accordingly.

3. POINTS AND REWARDS

In Shapers’ Club, you earn points based on the monetary value of purchased items after discounts are applied. Gift cards are excluded and do not generate points. Points cannot be paid out or transferred to other members or email addresses.

If you do not use your points within 24 months from the day they were earned, they will expire. You will receive a notification about any points that are about to expire. When logged in to your profile, you can see how many points you have and when they expire.

How to earn points
When you are a Shapers’ Club member, you earn points when you identify yourself during purchases online or in-store.

  • When shopping online, identify yourself by logging in to your profile or using the email linked to your profile during checkout.

  • When shopping in stores, identify yourself by providing your email address to the sales assistant or showing your QR code.

During the return period (45 days), your points will be pending. If you return one or more items, points corresponding to the returned items will be deducted. After the return period, pending points become active, and you can use them. When logged in, you can see both pending and active points. In the “Point Shop” section below, you can read how to use active points.

Achievements and rewards
You can also earn points by completing various Achievements. For example: “Fill out your Preferences on your profile to receive a reward.” Once your preferences are 100% completed, you will receive a reward, which may be in the form of points.

These Achievements may change over time or be time-limited. You can view all Achievements in your profile when logged in.

4. POINT SHOP

All Silver and Gold members have access to the Point Shop through their logged-in profile. In the Point Shop, you can use your active points.

Products in the Point Shop can only be purchased by members of the Loyalty Program and only with points. They cannot be purchased with a combination of points and money. Products purchased in the Point Shop cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Products in the Point Shop may change over time and may be time-limited.

5. CANCELLATION AND EXCLUSION

If you wish to leave Shapers’ Club, you can delete your profile at any time. By deleting your profile, you will also lose your points, which cannot be restored. 

Shapers’ Club has a one-strike policy. If there are signs of fraud or violations of the rules and conditions, we reserve the right to exclude a member from the Loyalty Program. This decision is final and at the sole discretion of Shaping New Tomorrow.

Employees of Shaping New Tomorrow are excluded and cannot be members of the Loyalty Program.

6. DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS

Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. Please note that you cannot use discount codes when purchasing gift cards. However, you can use a discount code together with a gift card when ordering items on our website.

Members cannot earn points from the purchase of gift cards.

7. REFER A FRIEND

As a referrer, you can share your unique referral link with as many friends as you like. You can find your personal link on your Shapers’ Club account under the “Refer a Friend” section. Copy the link and share it with anyone you wish to invite.

When you refer a friend, you invite them to shop at SNT with a 10% discount on their next purchase.

When your friends click your referral link, they must log in or create a Shapers’ Club account to activate the discount. If your friend is already a member and logged in, the discount can be activated immediately.

Eligible users
This referral program is available only to registered users of Shapers’ Club for a limited period. We reserve the right to terminate or pause the program, in whole or in part, at any time. Requirements and rewards may change without notice.

8. FORCE MAJEURE AND CASUALTY

Shaping New Tomorrow is not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Shaping New Tomorrow’s reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, partially or entirely discontinue the Program, or change our terms and conditions for the Loyalty Program. In all such cases, we will notify you as a member within 14 business days.
