SHAPING NEW TOMORROW accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all MasterCard debit cards, MobilePay and ViaBill. The payment will be processed once your product is shipped.
All amounts are in euro, including VAT.
SNT uses an authorised payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your payment information is safe with us.1.1. Klarna Payment methods
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: The Netherlands.
The payment method Pay in  days is only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
2. Shipping and delivery
SHAPING NEW TOMORROW's products are shipped the same day (if the order is received by 14.00 on a weekday). Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 3-5 weekdays.
Packages are shipped with GLS, DHL and then through local shipping services in your country of residence
3. Guarantee and returns
The Danish law Købeloven (Danish Consumer Contracts Act) applies to purchases on this website.
When you make a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or changed, get your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You need to submit your complaint to us within "reasonable time" after you discover the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs for the return. The faulty item must always be returned to us in proper packaging. Remember to save a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When submitting a complaint and returning a faulty item, we recommend that you make use of our portal for returns.

6. Right of cancellation
You have a 100-day full right of cancellation on items purchased in our webshop.
The cancellation period (cooling off period) expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 100 days after the day you received the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from delivery to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification shall be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also use our default cancellation form and send us a return.
7. Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even though they were purchased in one order.
8. The condition of the item
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item as used, which means that - in the case of cancellation - only part of or none of the purchase amount will be reimbursed depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you may try on the item, but you must not use it. It cannot show any evidence of wear.
We recommend that you send the product back in its original shipping package (resealable bag). If your product(s) were delivered in a special packaging, and this is missing, it may result in a decrease in commercial value.
If you cancel your order, you will get your money back. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all payments received from you, excluding potential shipping costs.
We will return the money through the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and deliver it in person at the above address.
We will not accept packages sent by COD.

Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, private address or other physical address, email address and other contact information, regardless the information is related to a private residence or workplace.
What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without telling you who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, SNT needs certain information in order to make purchase agreements with you and provide news and other services to you. The company collects only the personal information that is absolutely necessary.
We need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment means, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts or the like.
14. Who do we share personal data with?
Personal information submitted to Snt ApS is only disclosed to:
• The company's internal departments
• Selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information in order to deliver goods or services that you have ordered
• Business partners in order to register and maintain your user account.
In order to further develop and improve shapingnewtomorrow.com, we collect statistics about how you use the website.
The personal data are registered with Snt ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We cooperate only with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
As registered with Snt ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you.
