We provide company profiles on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Through these platforms, we have the opportunity to present ourselves. We use Zendesk Inc. for customer service, which acts as our data processor. We also receive support for your phone inquiries from a third-party call center. All of our service providers are contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially. If you use social media to get in touch with us, the communication will be known to the respective provider and subject to their data processing terms.


6.3. Transfer to Third Countries

As part of the processing via Zendesk, data is transferred to the USA. The security of the transfer is regularly ensured through standard contractual clauses and binding corporate rules. If these standard contractual clauses and binding corporate rules are not sufficient to establish an adequate level of security, GDPR Article 49 (1) lit. a can serve as the legal basis.


6.4. Storage/Retention Period

Data will be retained for no more than 6 months after processing the inquiry. If a contractual relationship is established, documents shall be retained in compliance with the relevant legal retention period and will be deleted at the end of the legal retention period.

Klarna is an online payment service provider that allows you to make immediate payments online using your bank details, among other options.
